Cancellation Policy

Booking and Scheduling Bookings must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to the shoot date. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Payments A 50% deposit is required to secure booking dates. Final payment is due upon delivery of the final edited content. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights Clients retain full usage rights upon final payment. The production company reserves the right to use finished videos for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Revisions and Approvals Clients receive two complimentary rounds of edits. Additional revisions are billed hourly and require prior client approval. Turnaround Time Standard editing turnaround is 7-14 business days after filming. Expedited delivery is available upon request for an additional fee. Liability and Safety The production company maintains liability insurance coverage. Clients are responsible for providing safe and appropriate filming environments. Privacy and Confidentiality Client information and footage will be kept confidential and not shared without client consent. Equipment Damage Clients are responsible for the costs of repair or replacement for equipment damaged due to negligence or unsafe conditions at their premises.
